how to build test box VC 2.5 as a virtual?

Hello,

Are there anyone has experience building a test Virtual Center Server 2.0 and upgrade to 2.5 with license server, and it's plug ins...etc., as a virtual machine?

Can we have two license server running at the same time? One production, one test.

We are currently using phyical box Virtual Center Server 2.0. We are planning to upgrade it to 2.5.

Before that we would like to build a test box upgrade it,...etc.

You can always build it and don't give it a NIC to sandbox it.

Otherwise, just ensure it's name, and IP is different from the other "Production" VC server. I personally would not let the "Testing" system even touch the network or servers.
