host disconnected

I have an issue with a host that has disconnected.  i removed the host ans when i try to reconnect it comes up with

datastore "store name" conflicts with an existing datastore in the datacenter that has the same url

what will have caused this and how can i get them reconnected?

Please find the step by step guide in attachment surely it helps you . I have tried this in web client and took 5 minutes to resolve , if you don't have webclient try on vsphere client.
