hi
i have two hosts and just one vm on each (it is my testing lab for going to real world)
i created a ha/drs cluster and tried to put these hosts in there
first one goes and just has a warning which i studied about and is not very important
the host has no management network redundancy
but the second host, does not go to cluster and says
can not install the vcenter agent service. uknown installer error
whne looking at summary tab of host i see
vsphere ha agent for this host has an error. vsphere ha cannot be correctly installed or configured
and a description below which says
error occured when vcenter attempted to initialize the vsphere ha agent runnign on the host
this condistion is often cleared by reconfiguring vsphere ha gor this host
and summary tab of cluster says
insufficient resources to satisfy vsphere ha filover on cluster ...
(which i think it is because having just one host and the cluster number of tolerated host failures)
i tried checking and unchecking the tick for the fowllowing and no chance
vcenter requires verified host ssl certificate
i also tried service.sh restart on the host and again no chance ..
this is somehow annoying. this errors and alerts remind me of microsoft products in which you cant find what it is saying and what is the problem 
and last but i think not least. the host which we are talking about and does not go to cluster is hosting My Vsphere Vcenter Server. Maybe it can help to find my problem
