error message in vminst.log for vmware license Server

When the licence Server is installed, i tried both over the autorun menu or a separate installation through vmware-licenseserver .exe

then in the vminst.log file i have following error messages . Is this normal?

Check to see if it is listed as a service under My Computer/Manages/Services.

If its listed make sure that its set to start automatically and restart it. If it's not listed then you will need to re-install your License Server.
