encountered an internal error. see /var/log/firstboot/vlcm_firstboot.py_9653_stderr.log Resolution

Hello everybody I need a help, I want to setup vmware vCenter Server Appliance 8 🙂

I have current error and I don't know how to resolve it and what is the cause of this error:

My dns config looks like:

I enabled NTP server in my windows server 2019:

I was unable to download the error log:
