different Performance metrics for different users of a single vm

One of vm's on my vcenter is showing different mettrics for different users. The read measurement (cpu) of vm is not same to two users. For one user it shows avarage 3261 and for the other user is 195

For more clarity, i am attaching two images of the different users matrics of the same vm.

Any suggestions or solution is highly appreciated
