Currently running vSphere 5 and noticed that several of my Windows 2008 R2 VMs all had this ISO mapped when I looked at their configuration. The file is 149MB and is present in the same directory as the .vmx file.
Anyone ever seen this before? I have no idea how it got there. This is the first time I have deployed version 5 but can come up with only one plausible explanation. Is this some new functionality in the latest version related to vMotioning a VM with an attached ISO?
