connection-probems after upgrading vcenter 4.0 to 4.1

hello,

i have a big problem with the new installed vcenter 4.1 and the added esxi 4.0 and 4.1 hosts.

the vcenter lost the connection to the esxi servers, but the vm's at the servers are still running.

only the connection is the problem.

vcenter gives the following error

' error at hostxyz in DC00_MUCDOM: Agent can’t send heartbeats.msg size:66, sendto() returned. Host is down. 'for test i disabled the firewall at the vcenterserver, but without results.

the server are in cluster without drs and ha enabled.

i need help!

i tested this workarround, but without results.

how described in point 10. i created a new trigger and entered as value 'Agent can't send heartbeats.msg size.' this is the correct way or should the value something other?
