clonning Problem by ESXi5

Hi ,, I have crazy problem when I want to clone  one vm from one host to another one ! i use ESXi5 Appliance and my hosts is to esxi5 this is my error event log : Event Details:

Do you have vmware tools installed in the VM?

no , it didn't has vm tools ,  but  arround 1 week ago I cloned this vm from another host  and now I want to clone again !

I found an error in vm tools that installed on my vm ,:smileycool: I update the version and try clonning again .
