I am trying to get Update Mnager importy to work.
When I do
cd C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Update Manager\
vmware-updateDownloadCli.exe --update-path C:\ESXUpdates --config-import esx --vc-user
I get the following Error

Silly question if i have an internet facing servers say InterServ1 and a VC say VCServ1
I run a batch file on InterServ1 to download the patches
cd \
cd "Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Update Manager"
vmware-umds -D
I then run anorther batch file to export the patches to VCServ1 ( Virtual center)
cd \
<em[file://vcserv1/esxupdates] /user:Domain\Administrator password*
cd "program files\VMware\Infrastructure\update Manager"
vmware-umds -E --dest Y:\
My Question is do I still need to do an import????
