can't upgrade VC5.0 to VC6.0 (windows)

    I have a problem upgrade vc 5.0 u1 to vc6.0 u2  (vcenter on wondows 2008 server) in vc-install.txt  "Error Information:  Failed Stage:        export [2016-12-06 17:32:50] " and vminst.log "

ParseStatusFile: curr error msg: "Internal error occurs during Export of VMware vCenter Inventory Service."

you can verify the logs , if the error is looks similar ten try that solution

Also you may update to 5.5 then from 5.5 to 6.0
