can't rename VMs or type in search box with local client because of flickering/refressing too quickly

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.  Got some complaints from some other admins that they can't get a full vm name typed in the search box because the client is refreshing/flickering too quickly.  This is also the case with renaming a folder/vm/host, anyhting really. I have already restarted the vcenter and inventory service with no issues.

I am running the latest 5.5 build, half of the esxi hosts are 5.5 and the other half is 5.1, any help is much appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please login to webclient and see if the issue persists

Also launch a direct connection to the host using c# and see if the issue is been observed.

You would need to restart the management if this happens in both the above steps. Update us with the status . Also check the ds.log

Well, I would recommend you to restart the vc server/service .

Ensure that the VC has enough resource

Reset the c# (client) certs

Reinstall the C# client to see if that makes a progress.

Try to access the vc through c# from physical computer/laptop and same as vc server.
