any risks in enabling vmotion

Hi,

I've got a 3-host HA cluster and I've just realised that one of the hosts doesn't have vMotion enabled. Not sure exactly why. This host has several vms which are live. Are there any risks in enabling vMotion on this server while these vms are running? Of course, I'm trying to enable vmotion in order to migrate to and from this host, but at this point I can only migrate vms between the other two hosts.

No, there's no risk in just flipping on vMotion, but you still need to ensure all the appropriate networking is in place before you can actually live migrate a VM.

Thank you. Yes, I wanted to know exactly if switching it on could disturb in any way the network connection. Everything else was set up fine. It did work as expected. Thanks!
