After upgrading my ESXi 4.1 host with Complete Update 2 (through Update Manager), I see a yellow warning triangle by this host in vCenter. A tried to look in logs and events, but nothing suspicious found.

Have a look at the Summary tab of the host with the yellow triangle. At the top it will display configuration issues.
It could be that syslog is not configured. Update 2 checks for this whereas the previous version do not.
If this is the case you could just set the syslog to the default location for ESXi, go to Configuration tab, under Software select Advanced settings, go down to syslog, in the syslog.local.datastorepath enter [] /scratch/log/messages as shown below.
Look at the main tab of the host. It will probably tell you that tech support / ssh is enabled.
