We upgraded to 4.1 vCenter from 4.0. I reinstalled from scratch. Before the upgrade / reinstall sysprep was working. Either way, now I can't customize XP. It's not a big deal, we only get a few a week, but I am trying to figure out why it's not finding the customize sysprep for XP.
Is Program Data still the correct folder? Maybe there is another path I don't see to put the sysprep.
The rest of the customizations all work fine, 2000, 2003. They are in that sysprep folder and I can clone those with custom settings no problem, it's only XP that doesn't work.
Is there a particular version of sysprep XP is looking for?
