Windows Server 2008 R2 non SP1 blue screens after Template Deployment

Hello all,

I have been searching around the forums and google to see if anyone else has ran into this but I can't seem to find anything.  I have a ESX 4.1 update 1 enviroment with vCenter 4.1 update 1

I created a fresh Windows Server 2008 R2 system and patched it to the lastest levels without SP1.  I then cloned it to a template.  When I deploy a server through this template with customizations (new SID), ect the system just blue screens and goes into an endess reboot.  If I deploy the template with no customizations it works fine.  It seems the new sid or something is messing it up.

Any thoughts ?
