Windows 2019 Datacenter losing network connectivity

i have a 2019 server.  it was running fine on an ip of 10.210.20.51 and in vlan 2102.  now all of a sudden the nic is yellow and will not work on that vlan.  if i set the nic to dhcp and movie it to another vlan it works fine.  But i need it on vlan 2102 with the static ip i added here.  its not connecting any more.  nothing was changed.  server has been running for years.  im not sure whats causing it.  this is the only server i have that is having this issue.  its also the only server on that vlan.  but like i said, its been fine for years.
