Windows 2008 Sysprep location?

I have not tried out Win2008 too much yet, but I still have some questions:

Is there a sysprep for Win2008 and where is it to be placed on the VC server to make the template wizard use it when deploying? Any issues with activation in 2008?

If you want to sysprep a server then see the link above

if you want to PLACE the sysprep files on a 2008 vCenter Server the location is

C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep
