There are four NIC teaming policies in the Virtual Switch configure UI, such us, port based, Ip based, Mac address based, which one should be used?
it depends on many factors (first of all physical switches):

If you are doing a simple Etherchannel configuration to one switch then IP hash is what worked best for us. It really comes down to your traffic and how you have your switch ports configured.
I agree, IP Hash is generally the most effective load sharing policy, none of them are true load balancing. See some of these links...
