When powering on VMs they say "in progress" for two minutes before booting

Pretty much what the topic says. This is ESX 3.5 and vCenter 2.5. Once they finally start they are fine. This is in a VMware View lab so faster booting machines would be nice.... Where should I start looking?

Aloha - Knowing more about your host and the VM(s) would be helpful..

HPDL360 dual socket, 32GB RAM. VM is a Windows XP VM provisioned by View. vCenter is build 119598. ESX is 153875.

Actually, I just tested a Win2K3 server (non-View created) and it was over 2 minutes at In Progress before it finally posted. There are only 4 VMs on this server right now, no load.
