Dear firends,
There are three models VMAP, VPX and AAM in the VI3 HA architecture, what is the function of the VMAP and VPX?
thanks
The vpx is the Virtual Center agent which allows the host to communicate with virtual center.
AAM is the HA component that provides high availability.
The Vmap is the link between the Virtual Center Agent (vpxd) and the AAM.
It allows the AAM to be configured by the virtual center agent.

AAM stands for Automated Availabilty Manager and it originally designed/developed by Legato (that's why you see LGTO in the log file naming convention)
