My regular users can use the VI Client to open guest consoles just fine. But if they use the web access feature it wont allow them to access the console of the guest.
They can see everything else, just cant get to the console.
Any ideas?

The console access require a browser plugin.
It is installed?
The user is the same (to have the same permissions)?

Yes they have installed the browser plugin.
If they log out and I login from their browser I can get console access to the guests just fine. It's weird.
