Warnings when trying to virtualize Windows XP x64 on an Intel Xeon...

I'm trying to virtulaize XP x64 on my Intel XEON and I'm getting warnings that tell me that I have 8 processors but the target does not support the same number and only goes up to 2... is this a problem?

I'm also getting a warning that tells me it cannot locate the required sysprep files. What does this mean? Do I need to do this? If so how?

Thanks

Mike

Windows XP Home Supports 1 processor (both normal and HT)

Windows XP Pro supports 2 processors (both normal and HT)

Windows server 2003 standard -> 4 processors

Windows server 2003 enterprise -> 8 processors

Windows server 2003 datacenter -> 32 processors

I think it needs the sysprep files to configure the hard drive controller to support the vmware controller.

The help has a link to the steps to setup sysprep.
