Vmware SRM can't connect to PSC

Hello, after installing the vmware SRM appliance, I was trying to connect the Platform Services Controller to it. Under Configure site recovery manager, I filled the correct PSC hostname and credentials and I get this error after clicking next:

ERROR
http://127.0.0.1:9286/sdk invocation failed with "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: 30,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing-36 [ACTIVE]"
30,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing-36 [ACTIVE]
Operation ID: 39679b44-8f0e-4a3e-89dc-8483070ac9f2

Both PSC and SRM are in same port group. Any ideas what went wrong ?

Yes I did. It was a blocked port on firewall between SRM and vCenter server

As this post needs moving to the area for SRM, I have reported it to the volunteer moderators.
