VirtualCenter server in another segment and reaching VI3 hosts using a NAT'ed address

Are there any known issues of placing a VirtualCenter server in another segment and reaching VI3 hosts using a NAT'ed address? We plan on using HA, VMotion, etc.

You might need to use the vmauthd.server.alwaysProxy=TRUE setting on the ESX hosts...
