VirtualCenter reporting incorrect RAM usage statistics

Default Memory Alarm:

Currently, "Host Memory Usage" appears to be tied to the wrong counter. While stated as being memory "used" we believe it is actually triggered by memory "Granted." During the interval, at no time did memory "Used" exceed 75%, and yet the alarms in VC were triggered. During the same interval, memory "Granted" regularly exceeded the Alarm thresholds.

"Memory Usage (Average/Absolute) is calculated incorrectly in Performance Report:

When exporting a performance report on a cluster, the "Memory Usage" statistic fails to factor in the number of hosts in a cluster. This yields misleading data. In this example, the report indicates average memory usage is 436%. Dividing the result by the number of hosts in the cluster yields the correct average memory usage avarage of 54.52%.

So that begs the follow up question:

What is the bug report # and what is the estimated time to fix/version it will be fix in?
