vCenter

In a vSphere 5 infrastructure based on 2 ESXi 5 servers I moved some VMs from one virtual switch to another.

VMs work fine.

If I use vSphere client and look to Hosts configuration (Host and clusters --> Configuration --> Networking) I see some VM as they were connected either to the old virtual switch and to the new virtual switch, while they are connnected only to the new virtual switch.

I press "refresh" with no result.

If I look at each VM's properties I see only the link to the new virtual switch.

How can I solve this problem? It is dangerous, even if it does not impact on VMs or virtual switches, because it can make operators make mistakes...

Nothing dangerous. You most likely have active snapshots on those VMs. Once the snapshots are removed, the "old" vSwitch/port group will disappear.
