Virtual center together Virtual center Server

Hi all

I read it's impossible to manage virtual server with Virtual Center 2 for VI3, but only at release VC 1.4.

Now I can try to install virtual center server in the same server, but I receive this error during the installation : Setup has detected an older version.

I don't have another server where install the virtual center server, but I'd like to manage my 4 vmware server with virtual center.

Any suggestion?

Hello,

You will have to wait for a future release of VC 2.x to manage both from the same console. You could run your 1.4 virtualcenter server in a virtualmachine connected to your 2.x virtualcenter server.
