Virtual Machine Access Rights - Visibility

I am using VMware vSphere 5.0 with vCenter on just one Blade Server with one Datastore. I have around 20 users that log in through vsphere and create their own virtual machine. What I want to do is limit what the users can see. Right now, if one user creates a VM, it is visible to all other users and they are free to access and modify it. Is there any way I can restrict access or make it so that VMs that are created by one user are not visible or accessible to another user?

You could created a multiple folders from VM and Templates view and assign permission on the folder level so that users are authorized to view only the VM's which are in the particluar folder.

One way to do it would be to create security groups that match your folders in vCenter, then assign users to the appropriate groups.
