Virtual Centre DR procedure

I have an ESX cluster on my production network and an ESX cluster on my DR network.

Currently I only have 1 virtual centre server running on a physical machine on my production network. This manages both clusters.

My plan is to setup a second virtual centre server running as a VM on my DR network.

What I was planning to do was remove the DR cluster from my production Virtual Centre server and then set this cluster up on my DR Virtual Centre.

Does anyone see any issues with this. Is there a better way of doing things? Also I run vReplicator to replicate 12 VMs. Will this be affected?

I have VC server in VM and via VCB is backuped to DR VCB server. In case of disaster of primary site I recover VC server to any DR ESX server, start VC server, change IP to DR range, change IP of /etc/opt/vmware/vpxa/vpxa.cfg on all ESX hosts to point to new IP of VC server. It works great.

It depends how large is your infrastructure and how fastly you need recover VC server and its management.
