Virtual Center Upgrade Error - Wont Allow Install

When I try to upgrade to the latest version of Virtual Center { Rollup Version } I get an error message relating to the default ports allocation { see attached }, the server I'm installing Virtual Center has SQL 200 sp4 running on it only { Windows 2003 Enterprise } so I don't understand why I'm getting the error....any ideas!

I've changed to a custom port but I am curious to find out why I get this error?

I've just applied the patch to my test VC server and it went through fine - have you got IIS installed on your VC box running anything on port 80?
