Virtual Center Customisation and SYSPREP 1.1 not working...

Hi,

I've followed the VMWare pdf on how to set up the customisation tool but its just not working.

Ive extracted the files to the necessary folders but when i use to deploy from a template it says there not available.

Im using virtual centre 2.5 and at the moment just got two free esxi hosts with an xp template.

XP SP3 is having some issues right now, that could be part of it. Try a Windows 2003 deploy and see if you get the same issue, at least if that works you know that everything is fine, and it's a bug with XP

Ive put the windows 2003 deploy in the svr2003 folder along with sysprep 1.1 in the sysprep folder...

do I need to remove the sysprep contents?

....also, there were some issues with 2.5U2 with regards to the way the customization was handled. U3 seems to have fixed that. If you are not at U3, you might try upgrading to see if it resolves your problem
