Vcenter Update Manager, Install in Vcenter Appliance? Where to download?

I would like to add the Update Manager to our Vcenter Appliance version 5.  Does this have a separate installer that can be loaded in the appliance or do I need to load it on a windows server rather than Linux or is it hidden somewhere already installed on the appliance?

If I do have to download and install it manually where is it located on the VMware site, I don't see it under VSphere or VCenter Version 5 dowload sections.

If you are using the vCenter Server Appliance, VUM is not included.  If you need VUM, you will need to install vCenter onto a 64 bit Windows Host OS.
