Vcenter Database SQL Sever movement

Guy, we have some challenges while upgrading the vcenter 5.5 regards to the SQL DB , as currently our DB is running on below and both are not supported and we can not upgrade the both as there are more application DBs are running along with that. So is there any simple way we can move these DB's to some another server and proceed with upgrade 5.5. Any suggestions how to accomplish this  ?

Welcome to communities.

Simplest way is Install supported sql on new machine and take backup from old server and restore it .

then configured new sql db on vcenter 5.5 .
