Vcenter 6.7 reboot

I have suddenly started getting a new message on vCenter when restarting from the F12 at the DCUI. It says I need a remote management software. Further, it says that restarting or shutting down with stop other VMs as per policy but I have restarted the vcenter in the past without seeing that.

Is that just for information or will my VMs also restart?

The message turned out to be just informative. I performed the reboot and the vcenter did not cause any other VMs to restart or shutdown.
