Vcenter 4.1

Hi:

We do not have a 64 bit windows O/S licence, so I cannot setup Vcenter 4.1. Is it possible to manage ESX4.1 hosts from Vcenter 4.0?

Per the other post you need to be running 64-bit Windows to deploy vCenter 4.1. However, depending on your licensing agreement with Microsoft there is no additional cost to a 64-bit license as opposed to a 32-bit license. You may just need to call your license administrator or the reseller you purchase the license from, and determine how to get the appropriate key.

Nope, you need to be running vCenter 4.1 and 4.1 requires 64bit OS
