VSA Manager empty after vCenter Server Crash and install of a new one

Hi,

we had a crash of our vCenter Server and had to install a new one. Everything works fine but we can`t manage the VSA anymore. The VSA Manager is empty and there is no possibility to import the existing VSA-Cluster.

How can we manage the VSA at the new vCenter Server.

We are not sure if the VSA cluster is fine. How can we check the status of the System. That is our main objective.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards

I found that document:

vSphere Documentation Center

and tried to do so. But I get this message after the Creating of the Cluster:

Cannot recover VSA cluster: Error seen: Adding hosts to HA Cluster failed.

Move host into cluster VSA HA Cluster

The host cannot be admitted to the cluster's current Enhanced vMotion Compatibility mode.

Powered-on or suspended virtual machines on the host may be using CPU features hidden by that mode.

If I create that cluster by hand I can insert the hosts without any error and HA works, but there is no VSA seen in the VSA Manager.

What can I do?

Thank you for your help.
