Good evening to all
I am in a strange situation, just finished installing vCenter for vSphere 4 and restarted the server, it is reported that a service is not started properly.
In the event log there is only the following error:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 7024
Date: 10/21/2009
Time: 9:46:45 PM
User: N / A
Computer: vCenter
Description:
VMware VirtualCenter Management Services Webservices finished. Service-specific error 0 (0x0).

If I try to start the service manually anything done.
any suggestions?
