VMs show alerts

Hello All,

My VMs shows alerts in Vcenter Server, although there is no alarm visible under the alarm tab. Not for the VM, not for the host and not for the Datacenter.

Do I login to the host the VMs show no alert. I attach a picture in order that you can see what I mean with an alert sign.

This happened when we had an unscheduled power outage and the VMs rebooted.

How can I fix it?

Thank you

Edy

Hello Edy,

Earlier few people experienced the same issue and were able to fix by performing the vMotion of the VMs. Can you see if it works for you? Perhaps a restart of vCenter server service to refresh the inventory followed by vMotion would be good too.

Indeed a restart of Vcenter Service fixed it. I didn't have this idea.

Thanks,

Edy
