VMs name displaying as the relative DS path in Inventory

Hello Experts,

We have a bit of a situation where some of our VMs are showing the relative path in the inventory. The issue started after migrating to vCenter 6.0 and registering the VMs on a new host that we had to rebuild.

I'm not sure what is causing it and i have already renamed as desired, but after sometimes they are displayed as before.

Any insight of what the issue can be ?
