VMes show invalid in vCenter 4.1

Hi all

does anyone know why VMes show invalid in vCenter4.1, although the icon change grey, but it is still working.

How to solve this problems

Remove the Vm from the inventory and add it back, it should work.

Could be a problem in the communication with the host.

Is the only VM that is invalid or you have more and all on the same host?

If yes, in this case you have to try first to restart the management and vpxa services on this host.

I try this before ,but it will show Unknow(invalid) after

I try to all services in the ESXi and vCenter host, but it seems the same.

Open the datastore browser and check the files in the VM's folder. Are all the neccessary files still in place?

You may also want to check the latest vmware.log file for errors.
