VMWare vcenter server appliance issues

Could someone point me to where do I submit bug reports about the VCSA? there are lots of them, I don't have a support subscription but I would like to submit them.

I saw some post in the community with the title: Defect report <...>.. maybe you should do the same?

eg: Defect Report: SSO Users cannot enter a hyphen in their email domain
