VM invalid state

Hi Team,

The VM is in Invalid state and if i try to power on the VM it's throw

"Failed to find a host for powering on the virtual machine.the following faults explain why the registered host is not available.

the operation not allowed in the current state"

Below step we tried,but still not working.

1.VM removed from the inventory

2.added to inventory [Different ESX ]

Thanks for your response .

we don't want to restart any service ,so we choose to create New Virtual machine using the virtual disks of the original virtual machine .
