Hi, welcome to the forums.
Do you get anything in the VC server logs, or Windows Event Viewer? To check the VC logs, log into VC, click on the Administration button in the tool bar -> click System logs and change the drop down to VirtualCenter Server Log for the Date/time. start with the Log ending in vpxd-index it will just give you a number but that will tell you which "VirtualCenter System Log http://vpxd-x.log" is current.
Thanks,
Neil
