VI3 License manager appears to see newly added licenses but not Virtual Center - any thoughts

I recently purchased several VI3 Enterprise licenses. I went to VMWare website registered and created a new License file. I moved the license file to the VC server and cofnigured Licences MAanger (running on same server) to point to the new license file. It looks like the license manager sees the new licenses but not Virtual Center. Do I need to do something with Virtual Center to force it to see the new licenses? Thanks

Have you tried restarting the VC service?

Did several things one being to restart the service and now licensing is working. Thank you for your quick reply.
