I would like to change from using CIFS storage located on a physical server to a VMDK attached to the VDR VM. I don't want to lose my backups in the process. Is there any way to transfer the contents of the CIFS dedupe store to the VMDK? If not, can I just use the VMware Converter to convert the CIFS storage to a VMDK
