VDM and Active Directory

I've setup the following:

1 - Physcial ESX 3.5 server

2 - Virtual Server (win2003sp2r2) as domain controller for "TestDomain"

3 - Physical VDI Connection Server joined to "TestDomain"

4 - Virtual Desktop (winxpsp3) joined to "TestDomain"

5 - My PC running VirtualCenter

Now I need to know, do all my servers and virtual machines need to be on the same "TestDomain" in order to work properly?

My situation is I have a colocation that I run VirtualCenter from. It has ALL my client VM servers and my test server seperate. Is it possible to be able to run VC from this colo and also be able to control my VDM servers? If they all have to be on the same domain, that's not good for me as I don't want to have VC installed at each site, or it would defeat the purpose of centrally managing all this.

Thanks!!
