VCenter Server BackUp Does´not works.

Hello, we are using vCenter Server 7.0U3b appliance. The backup from the appliance user interface no longer works. We believe it came after the log4j fix. It is our production system. I've attached the log.

can anyone help with this problem?

I've reported your thread, suggesting to moderators it is moved to the area for vCenter Server.
