In most cases installation issues are caused by either corrupted installation images (please verify the checksum), or missing prerequisites like DNS and Reverse-DNS resolution (make sure Host-A and PTR entries are in place, and working).
In case of other issues, please attach the log file that can be downloaded from the link in the error message to your next reply.
