VCenter 6.7 backup using scp

Very new to VCenter world and trying to perform backup to Vcenter  6.7 using scp protocol as my only option and it won't start. I suspect that maybe  SCP  is not enabled. Not sure how to locate that to enable it. I read something that refenced bash.sc but not sure where to find that.

I am not sure if you require anything to enable scp. Are you using management interface for backup and remote server is accessible and allowed for scp? Please go through the following doc:
